Terms & Conditions — Just One More Bag

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Just One More Bag website (www.justonemorebag.nl). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products
2.1 Pre-owned Items
All items sold by Just One More Bag are pre-owned unless explicitly stated as new. Each product listing includes a description of the item’s condition. We use the following condition ratings:
- New (with tags) — Never used, original tags still attached
- Excellent — Minimal signs of use, near perfect condition
- Very Good — Light signs of use, well maintained
- Good — Visible signs of use, fully functional
- Fair — Noticeable signs of use, priced accordingly
2.2 Authenticity
Just One More Bag guarantees the authenticity of every item we sell. Each piece is individually inspected and verified before being listed. We do not sell replica, counterfeit or fake items. If you have any doubts about the authenticity of an item you have received, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
2.3 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including photographs, condition ratings and any notable details. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. If you have any questions about a specific item before purchasing, please contact us.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 Prices
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT (BTW) where applicable. Just One More Bag reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will pay.
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- iDEAL
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
- PayPal
- Klarna — Pay Later
- Klarna — Pay in Instalments
- Bank Transfer
3.3 Payment Security
All payments are processed securely through Mollie Payments. Just One More Bag does not store your payment details.
4. Orders
4.1 Order Confirmation
After placing an order you will receive an automatic confirmation email. This email is not a guarantee of availability. In the rare event that an item is no longer available after your order, we will contact you immediately and offer a full refund.
4.2 Stock
As most of our items are unique pre-owned pieces, stock is limited to one of each item. Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
4.3 Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, our return policy applies. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@justonemorebag.nl.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Shipping Partners
We ship via PostNL and DHL. All shipments include track & trace and are sent with signature required upon delivery.
5.2 Delivery Times
- Netherlands: 1-2 business days
- Belgium & Germany: 2-4 business days
- Rest of Europe: 3-6 business days
- Outside Europe: 4-10 business days
Delivery times are indicative and may vary during busy periods. Just One More Bag is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
5.3 Shipping Costs
- Netherlands: €4.95 (free for orders over €150)
- Belgium & Germany: €8.95
- Rest of Europe: €14.95
- Outside Europe: on request
5.4 Insurance
All shipments are fully insured. In the event of loss or damage during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date.
5.5 Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient. Just One More Bag has no control over these charges.
6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. This right does not apply to items that have been specially personalised or customised for you.
6.2 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Not used, worn or damaged by the customer
- Returned in its original packaging where possible
6.3 Return Process
- Contact us at justonemorbag.nl@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt
- We will provide you with return instructions
- Ship the item back to us securely and with track & trace
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received incorrectly or damaged
6.4 Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be made to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6.5 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
7. Sell Your Bag
7.1 Consignment
When selling your bag through Just One More Bag on consignment, you agree to the terms set out in the separate Sale Agreement. The bag remains your property until it is sold.
7.2 Direct Purchase
When selling your bag directly to Just One More Bag, ownership transfers upon signing the Sale Agreement and receipt of the item. Payment will be made within 3 business days of receipt and approval.
7.3 Authenticity Guarantee
By submitting a bag for sale, you guarantee that the item is authentic and that you are the rightful owner. Just One More Bag reserves the right to refuse any item that cannot be verified as authentic.
8. Privacy & Data
We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use and protect your personal data. By placing an order, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Just One More Bag website, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of Just One More Bag and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
10. Liability
10.1 Limitation of Liability
Just One More Bag is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products, except where required by law.
10.2 Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is always complete or error-free.
11. Disputes & Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. As a consumer, you also have the right to submit disputes to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Changes to These Terms
Just One More Bag reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
