Returns & Refunds Policy — Just One More Bag

At Just One More Bag we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We carefully describe and photograph every item so you know exactly what you are buying. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please read our returns policy below.

14-Day Right of Return

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. This is in accordance with European consumer law (EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The bag must be in the same condition as when you received it
  • The bag must not have been used or worn by you
  • The bag must be returned in its original packaging where possible
  • All included accessories (dustbag, box, authenticity card, keys etc.) must be returned

How to Return

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receipt at justonemorebag.nl@gmail.com
  2. Mention your order number and the reason for your return
  3. We will send you return instructions within 3 business day
  4. Pack the bag securely — we recommend using the original packaging
  5. Ship the bag back using a tracked and insured service
  6. Send us the tracking number so we can follow the return

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

  • The item was received damaged
  • The item was not as described
  • We made an error with your order

In these cases we will cover the return shipping costs in full.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned bag, we will notify you by email within 2 business days.

  • Approved — your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method
  • Rejected — if the bag shows signs of use or damage caused by you, we reserve the right to refuse the return or offer a partial refund

Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 5 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — processing can take a few days
  3. Contact your bank
  4. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at justonemorebag.nl@gmail.com

Pre-owned Items — Important Note

All our bags are pre-owned and have been described and photographed as accurately as possible, including any signs of wear. We ask you to read the product description carefully before purchasing.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The bag shows additional signs of use or damage caused by you after receipt
  • The item matches the description and photos provided on the website
  • The return request is made after the 14-day period

Authenticity

Every bag sold by Just One More Bag is guaranteed authentic. If you have any doubts about the authenticity of an item you have received, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with your concerns. We take authenticity issues very seriously and will resolve them promptly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your bag arrives damaged or is different from what you ordered:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receipt
  2. Send clear photographs of the damage or discrepancy
  3. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you

Exchanges

Because most of our bags are unique one-of-a-kind pieces, we are generally unable to offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different bag, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-price items, provided the return is made within 14 days of receipt.
